Interactive Visualisation of QTL data, markers, and genes.

We developed an interactive tool for genome visualisation and comparison of SNPs, genes, and QTL data across multiple genomes and made cross-linking physical map and genetic map a breeze. This tool, Pretzel, can be readily used separately for other crops as wheat, lupin, oats, etc.

Chromosome Level Visualisation

Comparing the genetic differences at chromosome level between varieties of the barley pangenome can be easily achieved by using our tool. The user can perform a series of operations, including zooming in and out, highlighting specific regions, adding more tracks of information, etc, in real time.
